On November 15, 2013 Ravin Homes listed their model home at Cedarcroft for sale. It was under contract the next day! Ravin staff has moved everything out of the model home and they have started the punchout process to present the home to its new owner.
Ravin Homes has eight remaining lots in Cedarcroft and will start one spec home per month until they reach build out. The remaining lots are suitable for two story plans and will not accomodate master on the main or ranch type plans. As result, the decision to sell the model and build specs for the remaining lots made sense.
When ravin started building homes in phase 1 of Cedarcroft homes were selling in the $170’s to $180’s. They have just closed a home in phase 3 for over $400,000.00. Ravin has controlled this entire development they have worked hard to keep values on the rise.
